Your use of color is fantastic, as is your shading and level of detail. However, if I were to give a critique, then I would say that he's a bit too wide, and the fact that his entire figure isn't viewed makes it look a bit odd. That is, unless you have purposely incorporated a headcanon into your piece regarding this, which is fine. Also, the textures differ from each other in a way that doesn't really compliment the picture. The emoticon at the bottom is cute, and the only thing I have against it is the fact that the color of it doesn't match Kurloz, appearing to lean more towards blue-violet than his own redder-violet. The background is very suiting, very pleasant. This, along with the eerie pose and illumination against the black contrast makes it very creepy. I love how you managed to portray several headcanons in your piece, making it very original and unique, and yet everyone can still recognize the character. Also, along with what I said regarding texture, the fact that some parts are glossy, some are rough, some blurred...it just makes it seem like you couldn't make up your mind. Maybe a more subtle change in texture next time? I mean, it's always good to use texture, it makes for interesting artwork, but the way you incorporated the different textures didn't really work with your general image. I love the texture used for the hair and the background, heck, I love all of the textures, but your usage of them in the single piece made it look a bit odd. Now, I'm no artists, and I've never written a critique before, so I'm sorry if I did horribly. I really like this art style though, it's very interesting and individual, and I love how it managed to portray certain emotions with such simple coloring and detail. Hats off to you, because all in all, this piece is lovely!
